  • (One cup (C) = 8 ounce) *
  • Any food containing 15 gms. of carbohydrate is called 1carb, 30 gms. will be 2 carb and 45 gms. will be 3 carb and so on.
  • All the measurements are for cooked food unless specified otherwise.
