Strategies for Improving Mental Health

You have to take time for yourself. Do not get too stressed. Remember to include self care into your daily life always. Find something that makes you happy, and make that part of your everyday routine.

Examples of self-care:

  • Talk to family, friends, a support group, or a doctor
  • Exercise
  • Write in a journal
  • Play a sport
  • Make art
  • Listen to music
  • Dance
  • Yoga
  • Travel
  • Outings
  • Painting
  • Photography
  • Do something relaxing every day
